One person, one account. No impersonation. Verified checks go to people who've confirmed identity with us.

Only upload tracks you own the rights to (your masters, beats you wrote, samples you licensed). Rights scans flag stuff that isn't. Repeated violations get the account closed.

When an artist and a label (or an artist and a customer) make a deal, sign a contract, or buy and sell rights, that agreement is strictly between those parties. Read every document in full and talk to your own legal advisor before you sign. HEARD provides the tools and tracks the steps, but is not a party to your contracts, gives no legal advice, and is not responsible for, or liable in, disputes between you. Any dispute is yours to resolve with the other party, not with HEARD.

One real person or business, one account. Labels acquire music and sign artists through the formal request and deal flow, not by buying rights off the shelf. Spinning up listener or artist accounts to get around label rules or fees, or rigging the system in any way, is a serious violation. We flag connected accounts and gaming behavior, and we will remove the accounts involved.

Tips, sales, and bookings run through HEARD so artists are paid and protected. Directing fans to pay you on another app (CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and the like) is not allowed. We flag posts and stories that do it, and it can get your account banned.

Skip / Mid / Fire are a signal. Don't mass Fire your friends. Don't Pass everyone in your genre because you're jealous. We weight your fire accuracy, so bad signal gets throttled.

Don't harass, dox, or threaten anyone. Doesn't matter if you think they deserve it. Block and report instead.

Slurs, identity based attacks, calls for violence: banned. No warnings.

HEARD is an adults only platform. No explicit sexual content. No graphic violence. No content that sexualizes minors.

Don't use scripts. Don't pump engagement. Don't shill unrelated stuff in comments. We catch most of it; what we catch gets nuked.

Paid promotions go through /promote. Don't hide that someone's paying you. Disclose partnerships in the caption.

Tap ⋯ → Report on any post, comment, profile, or message. Reports are reviewed by a human, usually within 24h. Reporters are confidential.

If your account's actioned and you think it's wrong, reply to the email we send with what happened. Mistakes happen, and we read every appeal.
